A cake designed as the front cover of Darkest Before the Dawn was the centre-piece of Mike Martin's recent book launch at Books on Beechwood.
The seventh book in the Sgt. Windflower mystery series, Darkest Before the Dawn is now available at all Chapters-indigo stores, Independent stores in Ottawa and on-line through Amazon and Ottawa Press and Publishing.
After the book launch, Mike's cake was cut into chapters and enjoyed by all who attended the launch.
